There are so many incredible things to do, see, and eat while on a Disney Cruise that it can be pretty easy to miss out on some awesome experiences.
That’s why I decided to put together this extensive Disney Cruise bucket list of things I recommend you try and do during your next cruises.
And don’t worry if you can’t knock them all out during one cruise because the goal is to go on as many fun and unique Disney Cruises possible 🙂
Fun Disney Cruise Bucket List
Here’s my ultimate Disney Cruise checklist that almost everyone can complete in no time:
- Ride the AquaDuck
- Watch a Broadway-style show in the Walt Disney Theater
- Join in on the fun at any of the family friendly or 18+ trivia
- Book a dinner at Remy (or Enchante)
- Book a brunch at Palo (or Palo Steakhouse)
- Decorate your cabin door
- Dance at the Sail Away Party
- Win big money at bingo
- Take a photo with Mickey, Minnie, Donald, and Pluto in their cruise attire
- Meet Captain Mickey or Minnie
- Watch a first-run Disney movie
- Order multiple entrees at dinner
- Order all the desserts options at dinner
- Book a room with a verandah to check out the stunning the ocean views
- Book a Concierge Room at least once
- Do the Castaway Cay 5K
- Swim with the stingrays on Castaway Cay
- Rent a cabana at either Castaway Cay or Lighthouse Point
- Make a few three pointers at the basketball court on Goofy’s Sports Deck (select ships)
- Play mini-golf on Goofy’s Sports Deck (select ships)
- Order free room service at least once
- Watch a movie in your stateroom
- Catch a sports game on the funnel vision big screen on the pool deck
- Watch a movie on the funnel vision big screen on the pool deck
- Go to one of the adult’s only game shows in the evening
- Meet a princess or prince
- Get a massage
- Take a class on how to make towel animals
- Take a mixology class or go to a wine/beer/champagne tasting event
- Try all the unique flavors of soft serve on the ship
- Buy an exclusive Disney Cruise souvenir
- Collect every Disney ship exclusive Pandora charms
- Get your favorite characters autograph
- Chill in a hot tub overlooking the ocean
- Relax on the 18 and over deck including the cool satellite pool
- Eat all the stone crab that you can at Cabana’s
- Dress up for dinner, especially on formal night
- Get an official portrait done in the ship’s lobby
- Get a cool souvenir at all your port stops
- Do at least one port excursion
- Sing your heart out at karaoke
- Watch the fireworks at sea
- Skip dinner and swim or hop on the fancy slides with zero waits
- Explore every corner of the ship
- Order a drink at every adult-area bar and lounge
- Workout at the ship’s fitness center
- On longer cruises, go to a non-Disney comedy or magic show
- Watch the Diaper Dash in the lobby atrium
- Listen to live music in the lobby or in the adults-only area
- Make sure you get off at Castaway Cay
- If you have kids, make sure they go to one of the awesome kid/teen clubs (even nursery)
- Walk around the top decks at night
- Go on a holiday cruise (Christmas or Halloween)
- Sail on a themed cruise (Marvel Day at Sea, Pixar Day at Sea, or Star Wars Day at Sea)
- Book an Alaskan Cruise
- Sail on every Disney Cruise ship
- Start at the parks, then go on a cruise or vice versa (double vacation)
- Try a Disney Cruise in Europe
- Try a Disney Cruise in Australia or New Zealand
- If you got the time and stomach, take a Trans-Atlantic or Trans-Pacific cruise
