No, you can’t use Lightning Lane Multi Pass at Disneys’ Typhoon Lagoon Water Park or Blizzard Beach.
These two parks are the only ones at Walt Disney World where guests can’t use the Multi Pass or Single Pass.
PhotoPass is a hit and miss at Typhoon Lagoon during normal operating hours but can always be found during the H2O Glow After Hours event. That said, there are no on-ride photos at both water parks.
