Yes, Aulani accepts both cash and Disney gift cards at all of their restaurants, shops, bars, and spa.
When making deposits or final payments for your room, you can use Disney gift cards toward the costs.
That said, you cannot pay for your stay using cash at check-in.

Location that DON’T accept cash
- Self-parking garage (must pay your ticket at the kiosk with a credit/debit card)
If you need cash, there are a couple of Chase ATMs scattered throughout the property.
