These are all of the rides and attractions at Universal Studios Florida, Islands of Adventure, and Volcano Bay that does not offer Express Pass entry.
Currently there are only two rides that do not accept Universal Express – Hagrid’s Magic Creatures Motorbike Adventure and Pteranodon Flyers, both of which are located inside Universal’s Islands of Adventure.
If you are looking for a way to potentially cut down your wait time, Hagrid’s does offer a Single Rider Line, so that’s always an option.
