Yachtsman Steakhouse was okay.
I didn’t hate it but didn’t love it.
Lobster bisque was pretty tasty and so was the creme brûlée, which was one of the better ones I’ve had on property, but other than that, it was just a little boring.
Steak was cooked properly and seasoned nicely and the service was great as always but something was just missing for me.
Weirdly enough, I enjoyed the leftovers the next day more than when we had it fresh 🤔
Still doesn’t beat some of my other other steakhouses on property like Shula’s, Capa, and even Le Cellier 👀

– Caesar salad
– Lobster bisque
– Beef carpaccio
– 12 oz New York strip with brandy peppercorn sauce
– Filet mignon
– Loaded baked potato
– Mashed potatoes
– Hot honey bourbon Brussels sprouts
– Truffle fries
– Crème brûlée
