Okay, so this list doesn’t have to be just for dudes, but since these are all of my Disney World park bag essentials, I decided just to title this that.
My Disney World Park Bag Essentials
Here’s all the products I recommend you pack in your park bag:
Note: I don’t technically have all of these in my bag at the same time.
Weather-Related Items
- Portable Battery Fan: the Orlando summers get nasty
- Sunglasses: a necessity, always
- Poncho: from May to September, it’ll thunderstorm almost every day
- Small umbrella: if you hate ponchos
- Rain jacket: something light and packable
- Hand towel: aka sweat rag because I sweat A LOT
- Hand sanitizer: everything is just so nasty
Toiletries
- Pepto Bismol (or TUMS): I eat and drink a lot at the parks, and some of the stuff might not sit well
- Sunscreen: gotta protect yourself from that strong Florida sun
- Deodorant: gotta stay smelling fresh
- Wet wipes: the one benefit of always having a diaper bag are the unlimited wipes
- Hair ties: not for me, but usually an extra one for the wife
Park Items
- Portable Battery Charger: My phone and camera battery loves to die quickly at Disney
- Photo-ID: I still get carded which is nice, I guess
- Credit Card: although I only use Apple Pay these days, restaurants still need cards
- Refillable Water Bottle: I’m not paying $4 for a bottle of water. Instead I’ll just suck it up and drink Florida water, or at least get good water from Starbucks
- Pennies: sometimes you have to get a crushed penny
- Gum: you won’t find it anywhere on Disney property
What’s In My Park Bag
This is my current rotation of items inside my Lululemon Belt Bag with Long Strap Ripstop:
You can check them all out on my Amazon Storefront
- Ray-Ban Meta Smart Glasses (for those first person POV shots)
- Jisulife Handheld Mini Fan
- Anker Foldable Magnetic Wireless Charger with Stand
- Chapstick
And sometimes, if I’m feeling boujee, I’ll bust this out:
- Aesop Hand Sanitizer Spray
- Tom Ford Soleil Blanc
- Anker Foldable Magnetic Wireless Charger with Stand
- DJI Osmo Pocket 3
- Louis Vuitton Card Holder
My Go-To Park Bags
These are the best park bags for men, that I only use:
1. Rains Bum Bag Mini ($70)
I like that the strap is very long plus it’s 100% waterproof which is good to have especially if I get caught in a wicked afternoon thunderstorm.
The only bad thing is that the material does get a little hot with direct sunlight over time. But it’s nothing crazy!
2. Lululemon Belt Bag with Long Strap IL Ripstop ($38)
This bag is very light and easily accessible. Plus the longer strap is a game-changer.
And you honestly can’t beat the price.
3. Lululemon Everywhere Backpack 22L
If you ever need a real backpack, you can’t go wrong with this.
I have one in one but it’s been used and abused and disgusting looking so I’m not gonna show you a pic.
