I feel like people tend to overshare so I always try to avoid doing that but I decided to make just one exception this time, mainly because I want to help my fellow IBS peoples.
I got stomach issues and it sucks, especially at Disney World.
Just the thought of being stuck in a long line for a ride and having to fight my way out because nature calls just makes me so anxious.
It’s a small world? Nah. Living with the Land boat ride? Nah, you’re stuck and screwed. Spaceship Earth? Yeah right.
That’s why I decided to write the mini-guide for those people like me who want to make sure that the rides they’re getting on have easy access to get off in case duty calls.
IBS-Friendly Attractions
These are all of the atractions that I feel are good options thanks in part to their short ride lengths or low average wait times. Plus, most of these are pretty easy to exit the queue, except for maybe Tron.

What Makes Your Park Day Easier?
To be honest, buying Individual Lightning Lanes or Genie+ is by far the best way to navigate IBS at Disney World because you are cutting down your wait times significantly thanks in part to the usually shorter lines.

Hope this helps you as much as it does for me!
